OVERVIEW

Our aim in SEEING IS BELIEVING was to capture the true, authentic HBO brand in an engaging, emotive way by defining the brand’s values and character and how that influences its programming. We wanted to make the Free Preview Offer more of an invitation or event and less of a hard direct sell by blending the two worlds of commercial and brand anthem.

CREATIVE EXECUTION

In this campaign, we wanted to reflect the cinematic quality of HBO’s programming.
The environment is built entirely in CG and incorporates a large central screen encircled by circular strips of screens resembling wings. The space and its screens gave us the opportunity to create dynamic camera moves on a large scale by combining it with live action green screen shots of our talent.
